Currently, our Stripe to SevDesk integration supports syncing contacts along with their addresses to SevDesk. We are continuously working to expand our features and improve the service. Stay tuned for future updates! User Interface and Context
Customer Details Page
When you have a customer details page open in Stripe, you will be able to see the SevDesk data of that customer in our app. If the customer does not yet exist in SevDesk, you can trigger a sync to create / update the customer in SevDesk.
Customer List Page
In the context of the Stripe customer list, you can open a focus view to see a list of all your customers. This list is filterable by creation date and export status. You can select single or multiple customers to sync to SevDesk.
Sync Details
- Creating and Updating Contacts: The sync process creates a new contact and address in SevDesk if the contact does not already exist. If the contact or address already exists, our app will update the existing reference in SevDesk.
- Storing Unique IDs: We store the unique IDs of the SevDesk entries in the metadata of the customer. Please do not remove/edit these IDs as doing so may cause issues and unexpected behavior.
